Refund Policy

This policy covers paid job posts on VetTeamJobs.com, operated by Bynum Enterprises LLC. The full rules are in our Employer Posting Terms.
Before your post is live
If we have not published your post within two business days of payment, you can ask for a full refund and we will issue it. If we decline your post because it does not meet our posting rules, we refund you in full.
After your post is live
Once a post is published, the fee is non-refundable. That includes taking a post down early because the role was filled, or getting fewer applicants than expected. We will edit a live post at no charge if details change. We may issue a refund or credit in other situations at our discretion.
Removed posts
If we remove a live post because it breaks our posting rules (for example, a DVM role, a discriminatory listing, or a scam), no refund is owed.
Free posts
Free Founding Clinic posts have no cash value and cannot be refunded, credited, or exchanged.
How to request a refund
Reply to your Stripe receipt or email bynumenterprisesbe@gmail.com within 30 days of payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we respond quickly and would rather fix the problem directly.
