Employer Posting Terms

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These Employer Posting Terms (the "Posting Terms") apply when you submit a job post to VetTeamJobs.com, whether paid or free. They are in addition to our Terms of Use, which also apply. VetTeamJobs.com is operated by Bynum Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). By submitting a post or paying for one, you agree to these Posting Terms.

1. Who may post

Posts may be submitted by veterinary practices, animal hospitals, emergency and specialty centers, shelters, universities, and other organizations that employ veterinary support staff, and by staffing or recruiting firms posting on behalf of a specific, named employer with that employer's permission. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to post on behalf of the employer.

2. Accuracy and authorization

You confirm that every post you submit describes a real, current opening that the employer intends to fill, and that the title, location, pay, schedule, and requirements are accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping the information current and for telling us when a role is filled so we can take the post down. If pay is listed, it must reflect what the employer actually intends to pay. Where state or local law requires a pay range in a job advertisement, you are responsible for including it.

3. Support-staff roles only

VetTeamJobs lists veterinary support-staff roles only: veterinary technicians and technologists, veterinary assistants, client service and front desk staff, kennel and animal care staff, practice managers, and similar positions. We do not accept posts for veterinarian (DVM or VMD) positions, relief veterinarians, or any role that requires a veterinary medical license. Posts for unrelated roles will be declined.

4. No discrimination

Posts must comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including the laws enforced by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. A post may not state or imply a preference, limitation, or exclusion based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), national origin, age (40 or older), disability, or genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Lawful requirements that are genuinely needed to do the job are fine.

5. Posts we do not accept

We will decline or remove any post that:

  • Promotes a multi-level marketing, network marketing, or commission-only recruiting scheme.
  • Requires the applicant to pay a fee, buy a product, or provide bank or payment details to apply.
  • Is a scam, a phishing attempt, or an attempt to collect personal information for any purpose other than hiring.
  • Advertises a business opportunity, franchise, training program, or anything other than an employment position.
  • Links to a site that is broken, unsafe, or unrelated to the employer.
  • Is a duplicate of a post already live on the Site, unless it is for a different location.
  • Contains offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

6. Our right to edit or remove

We review every post before it goes live. We may edit a post for clarity, length, formatting, or consistency with our style, and we may categorize it by role and location. We will not change the substance of the role without checking with you. We may decline or remove any post at any time, before or after publication, if we believe it violates these Posting Terms, our Terms of Use, or the law, or if it is likely to harm job seekers or the Site. Refunds in those cases are handled under Section 9.

7. Plans and posting duration

We currently offer two paid plans:

  • Standard post: $79. Live on the Site for 30 days from the date we publish it, and included in the weekly job alert email for its state.
  • Featured post: $149. Live for 30 days from the date we publish it, pinned to the top of its state page and the jobs page with a highlighted card, and given featured placement in the weekly job alert email for its state.

Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. A post may be taken down early at your request, or when you tell us the role has been filled. Posts do not renew automatically. When a post expires, you may purchase a new one. A single post covers one role at one location. If you want to advertise the same role in several cities, each city is a separate post.

8. Payment

Payment is made at checkout through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe emails you a receipt. By paying, you authorize the charge for the plan you selected. Your post goes live after we review it, normally within one business day and no later than two business days after payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

9. Refunds

  • If we do not publish your post within two business days of payment, for any reason, you may request a full refund and we will issue it.
  • If we decline your post because it does not meet these Posting Terms, we will refund your payment in full.
  • Once your post is live, the fee is non-refundable. This includes posts you take down early because the role was filled, posts that receive fewer applicants than you hoped, and posts with details you later want to change (we will make reasonable edits at no charge instead).
  • If we remove a live post because it violates these Posting Terms, no refund is owed.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund or credit in other situations. A refund in one case does not create a right to a refund in another.

No-candidates rerun. If a paid post brings you no candidates during its 30 days, reply to your receipt and we will run it again free for another 30 days.

To request a refund, reply to your Stripe receipt or email us at the address below within 30 days of payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. See our Refund Policy for a short summary.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We respond to refund requests quickly and would rather fix a problem directly. If you file a chargeback on a post that was published as described, we may remove the post, provide the publication record to the card network as evidence, and decline future posts from you or your organization until the matter is resolved.

11. Free post program (Founding Clinics)

Through January 31, 2027, independent veterinary practices may request a free Standard post. The program is subject to these conditions:

  • The program is for independently owned practices and small groups. We may decline requests from large corporate groups, staffing agencies, and employers whose openings we already list through aggregation.
  • Free posts are subject to the same rules as paid posts, including Sections 2 through 6, and to the same review before publication.
  • Free posts are live for 30 days and are not featured. If you want more visibility, you can upgrade a free post to Featured for $49, which pins it for 30 days with a highlighted card. We may limit the number of free posts per practice.
  • Free posts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund, credit, or discount.
  • We may change or end the program at any time. Posts already published will stay live for their full term.

12. Your content and our use of it

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, format, summarize, and distribute it on the Site, in job alert emails, in search engine listings, and in promotion of the Site, for as long as the post is live and for a reasonable period afterward in archives and records. You confirm that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe anyone's rights. We may use the employer's name and logo to identify the post.

13. No guarantee of results

We will publish your post as described and promote the Site to job seekers, but we cannot guarantee a number of views, clicks, applicants, or hires. You are responsible for screening and hiring. The disclaimers and limitation of liability in our Terms of Use apply to employer posts.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Posting Terms. Changes apply to posts purchased after the new effective date. Questions and refund requests:
