Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

VetTeamJobs.com (the "Site") is operated by Bynum Enterprises LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("VetTeamJobs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. The short version

  • You can browse every job without giving us any personal information.
  • We do not sell personal information and we do not show ads.
  • We never see your full card number. Stripe handles payment.
  • Our own analytics use no cookies and do not track you across other sites.
  • Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe.

2. Information you give us

Job alerts. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and the state and role you want alerts for. The form also includes a hidden field used only to catch spam bots.

Employer job posts. When you buy a post, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details, and payment card information on its own checkout page. Stripe sends us your name, email address, the amount paid, and the last four digits and card brand for the receipt. We never receive or store your full card number. We also collect the job details you send us (employer name, job title, location, pay, description, and the link or email where candidates should apply) and the name and email of the person submitting the post.

Free post requests. When you request a free Founding Clinic post, we collect the practice name, your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and the details of the job you want to post (title, role, city and state, employment type, pay range, how to apply, and description). To help screen out spam, we also store the browser user agent string sent with the form.

Email and other contact. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

3. Information collected automatically

Our own analytics. We run a small first-party counter so we can see how the Site is used. It does not use cookies. When you visit, your browser creates two random IDs: a visitor ID stored in your browser's local storage (so repeat visits from the same browser are counted once) and a session ID stored in session storage (cleared when you close the tab). These IDs are random strings that are not linked to your name, email, or any account. For each event we record the event type (page view, Apply click, alert signup, search, starting a job post or checkout, or a completed job post purchase), the page path, the referring page, any UTM campaign tags in the link you clicked, whether you are on a phone, tablet, or desktop, and, for Apply clicks, the job link, employer, state, and role. This counter does not record your IP address, user agent string, or precise location, and we do not use these IDs across any other site. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, this counter is turned off entirely. Event data is stored in our Supabase database in the United States.

Google Analytics 4. We also use Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies (such as _ga) and collects usage data like pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the events listed above. Google processes this data under its privacy policy. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses, and we do not use Google's advertising features. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking third-party cookies.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) for a short period to run and secure the Site.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set cookies ourselves. The only cookies on the Site come from Google Analytics, described above. Our own analytics use browser local storage and session storage, not cookies, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout page for fraud prevention and security. The Site works fully with cookies blocked.

5. How we use information

  • To send you the job alert emails you asked for.
  • To publish, review, edit, and manage employer job posts, and to contact you about your post.
  • To process payments, send receipts, and handle refund requests.
  • To understand which pages and jobs are useful so we can improve the Site.
  • To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse, and to enforce our Terms.
  • To respond to your questions and comply with the law.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles of you, and we do not make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

6. Job alert emails

Alert emails are sent to the address you gave us, for the state and role you chose, usually once a week and only when there are matching jobs. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works in one click, with no login required. You can also email us and we will remove you. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending within 2 business days and delete your subscription record (we may keep your email on a do-not-email list so you are not re-added by mistake). We do not share your email with employers.

7. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers that run the Site, and only for the purposes above:

  • Supabase (database hosting, United States): stores alert subscriptions, job posts, and first-party analytics events.
  • Stripe (payments): processes employer payments and stores billing details.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4): site usage analytics.
  • Vercel (web hosting): serves the Site and keeps server logs.
  • Email delivery providers: send alert emails and receipts on our behalf.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or if the business is sold or merged (in which case this policy would continue to apply to the information). We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Job listings and employer information

Aggregated listings are collected from employers' public career pages and contain business information (employer name, job title, location, description, and a link to the original posting), not personal information about job seekers. If a listing includes a named contact, that information came from the employer's public page. To request a correction or removal of a listing, email us. We respond within 2 business days.

9. How long we keep information

  • Alert subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
  • Employer posts and payment records: for the life of the post plus up to 7 years, because we need them for tax, accounting, and dispute records.
  • Free post requests: up to 2 years after the request.
  • First-party analytics events: up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or reduced to aggregate counts.
  • Google Analytics data: retained by Google under our account's data retention setting, no longer than 14 months.
  • Email correspondence: up to 3 years.

10. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with providers that use industry-standard security controls. Access to our database is limited to the Site owner. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the privacy laws of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Utah, and other states. We extend the following rights to everyone, regardless of where you live:

  • Access: ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Portability: receive a copy of the information you gave us in a usable format.
  • Opt out: we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling, so there is nothing to opt out of. You can stop alert emails at any time.
  • No discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

To exercise a right, email bynumenterprisesbe@gmail.com from the address we have on file, or tell us which address you used. We may ask for enough information to confirm it is really you. We respond within 45 days. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will reconsider and reply within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you.

California notice at collection. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Sections 2 and 3 (identifiers such as email address and name, commercial information about job post purchases, and internet activity information such as pages viewed). We use them for the purposes in Section 5 and keep them for the periods in Section 9. We have not sold or shared personal information, as those terms are defined in California law. We do not knowingly collect personal information of consumers under 16.

12. Children

The Site is for adults seeking or offering employment. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

13. Where information is stored

The Site serves job seekers and employers in the United States, and our providers store data in the United States. If you use the Site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site changes. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will email alert subscribers and employers with an active post before it takes effect.
