Anonymous pay survey
Share your pay. One minute, no name.
The federal survey publishes one pay ladder per state and nothing about credential, specialty, shift, CE money or PTO. Those are the things that decide whether an offer is good. Nine questions fill the gap, and we publish the results by state once enough people have answered.
Nothing identifying
No email, no name, no clinic name, no IP stored with your answer.
The fields BLS cannot see
Credential, specialty, shift, CE allowance, PTO days and employer type.
Published, not sold
State-level results appear in the pay guides and the Tuesday email once a state has 30 answers for a role.
... people have shared their pay so far.
What happens with your answer. Each answer is one row with the nine fields above and a timestamp. We do not store your email, name, clinic, IP address or anything else. The public can insert rows and read the total count; nobody outside Bynum Enterprises can read individual rows. We publish results only as aggregates (median, percentiles, counts) and only once a state has at least 30 answers for a role, so a single answer cannot be picked out. If you entered something by mistake, email bynumenterprisesbe@gmail.com with the approximate time and we will remove it.
