Some of our clients have been bringing their pets here for decades. They call to book a new puppy’s first vaccines, check in about the senior dog they’ve had since he was a puppy, and by the second visit they know your name. At Village Veterinary Clinic in Mayfield Village, the front desk is where more than 50 years of relationships keep growing. We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first voice our clients hear and a face they look forward to seeing.
 

 

About the Practice
We’ve cared for pets in Mayfield Village since 1972, serving Mayfield, Highland Heights, Willoughby, Mentor, and beyond. We’re a full-service companion animal hospital focused on comprehensive wellness care and current standards of care. Our greatest source of pride is the trust our clients place in us, and the relationships we’ve built with them and their pets over the years.
 

What You’ll Help Make Possible

• Clients who feel recognized and welcomed every time they call or walk in
• A well-scheduled day that keeps appointments running on time
• Clear answers that help clients feel confident about their pet’s care
• Accurate records and payments that keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
• Client relationships that carry on to the next generation of pets

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting
• Availability for 9 to 10 hour day shifts, including rotating weekends
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and scheduling or practice-management software

Preferred:

• Warm, clear communication in person and on the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Calm and kind when the phones get busy
• Enjoys building long-term relationships with client

Schedule

• Full-time, Day shift
• 9 to 10 hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• No holiday shifts required

Compensation
Compensation for this role starts at $18.00 per hour, with final pay based on experience and role alignment.
