That's the kind of moment our front desk has created for nearly 50 years. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be that steady, welcoming voice at Cherokee Trail Veterinary Hospital.

We're AAHA accredited, a distinction held by only about 12-15% of hospitals nationally, and our staff are Fear Free certified. As a full-service hospital, we offer everything from wellness care and rehabilitation to surgery, backed by cutting-edge technology and a close-knit, supportive team. We take pride in delivering gold-standard care while making every client and patient feel seen, heard, and valued.
 
What You'll Help Make Possible

• Great experiences for clients and patients, from the first phone call to the final tail wag
• A smoothly run front desk where appointments, records, and communication never miss a beat
• A calm, organized lobby even during our busiest hours
• Pet parents who leave every visit feeling informed and reassured

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable managing appointments, records, and communication
• Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital systems and patient charts

Preferred:

• A calm, upbeat multitasker who stays steady during busy stretches
• Clear, compassionate communication, especially with stressed pet parents
• Eager to grow within a hospital that invests in training and team culture

Schedule

• Full-time, Day shift
• 9-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends
• No holiday shifts required

Compensation
The pay for this position starts at $18 per hour, based on experience, skills.
