Client Care Representative – Brewster Animal Hospital

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people and pets? Brewster Animal Hospital, a trusted general practice in Brewster New York, is looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Client Care Representative to be the first smile our clients see when they walk through the door!

What You’ll Do:
As a Client Care Representative, you’ll be the bridge between pet owners and our veterinary team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and checking in patients

• Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and care

• Processing payments and invoices

• Maintaining accurate client and patient records

• Helping create a welcoming and efficient front desk environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, professional demeanor in person and over the phone

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting is a plus

• Comfort working with computers and veterinary management software (we’re happy to train!)

• A love for animals and a desire to support pet owners with compassion
